I never make these but thanks to some encouragement from Maria Haskins, whose short stories you absolutely must read, here are my award-eligible works for 2021. First up is my novel A Country Of Eternal Light, from May 2021. And last but hopefully not least is Nothing Ever Ends, the third novel in my Eververse series. Nothing Ever Ends is in many ways the beginning of the Eververse series. It’s also the end of years of a lonely, damaging struggle to try and overcome the disaster that was my first novel.
With the publication of Nothing Ever Ends, the third book in the Eververse series due on 10/1, I thought it would be a good time to talk about where the series is going.
I’m back with an update on where I am in writing this month! I’m now 88k into the fourth book in the Eververse series, and very close to the end. I think it’s going to run longer than the others, but I thought that about book three too. At one point that was around 120k. The final version of the book is right at 100k, which is where the series
