Thank you so much to David and the amazing crew at FanFiAddict for hosting the cover reveal for the third book in my Astra Idari space opera trilogy… TAKER OF THE DAWN!

Art by the one and only Al Hess!

(insert drum roll here…)

This is my favorite of the covers in the series. I absolutely adore how it turned out. I’m very proud of the book, and can’t wait for people to get a hold of it. You can do that through my upcoming Kickstarter, launching in March, featuring gorgeous limited edition hardcovers of all three books in the trilogy.

The saga reaches a cosmic conclusion as Idari races against time to save the universe from certain doom… if she doesn’t get ambitious and try to save her friend first.

Astra Idari is a living ark.

She carries in her advanced android memory the entire record of her dying universe. Idari must deliver it to a cosmic forge constructed by ancient universe-smiths, or else when the light goes out in existence, it goes out forever.

Idari wants nothing more than to secure another dawn, but when the opportunity to save a lost friend presents itself, her heart and her duty collide. Her quandary is complicated by the fact she isn’t sure whether this is a cruel trick by the dark entity determined to ensure Idari fails.

They and their host chase her across space and time, hoping to tear the ark from her memory, and the last light of hope from the stars, root and branch…
